NPS Analyst - Advanced Contact Solutions - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily feedback on NPS results along with statistical and operational analysis of provided client reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Marketing or other quantitative-based field
Considerable (3+ years) customer service experience.
Considerable (3+ years) phone related customer service.
Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
Strong computer knowledge and abilities, especially medium to high level functionality in Excel.
Green Belt Certified.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
