Faculty Members- College of Business Administration - Kester Grant College Phil - Quezon

Responsibilities:
Prepares comprehensive and updated lesson plan and syllabus to be submitted to the college Dean for approval.
Teaches computer subjects such as Business Software Information Technology and Management Information.
Teaches Accounting Principles and Approaches.
Prepares and submits recommendation in the improvement of teaching strategies and methods to effectively deliver quality education.
Consistently monitors students' progress in learning through the use of evaluation tools such as quizzes, recitations, classroom participation, term examinations and other method of appraisal to facilitate the desired learning of students.
Attends to students' issues and concerns and coordinate with other academic staff to ensure that those issues raised are resolved.
Prepares an accurate computation of grades and other forms of class standing and rating grades immediately on time.
Ensures a harmonious interpersonal relationship amongst students.
Implements the college policies as stipulated by the Students' handbook and Faculty Manual.

Requirements:
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Education or Business Courses
Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or at least 18 units earned


Work Experience:
Proven knowledge in methods of teaching and classroom management
Required: 2 years teaching experience in the TERTIARY Level
Experience in the community

Special Qualities / Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills to deliver lectures effectively.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Computer proficient (MS Office Application, use of internet, e-learning)
Excellent interpersonal and human relation skills
A role-model with proven moral integrity.
