Requirements:
Candidate must not be over 40 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 to 2 years experience as a District Manager gained from a pharmaceutical company.
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills and able to deal with people across the organization
With strong business sense, able to work independently, with good market contacts and possesses high integrity.
Willing to be assigned in Visayas or Mindanao areas
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Managing the day to day operations of the sales team in the area.
Leading, coaching, motivating and training of the sales team.
Responsible for the profitability of the operation including formulating the annual sales budget, sales plan and implementation of sales-initiated activities.
Gathering of market information.
Identifying, creating and maximizing sales opportunities in the area.
