Requirements:
Female, Not more than 40 years old Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or any related field
At least 4 years of experience in the same position
Has excellent PLOC skills
Detail-oriented and Result-oriented
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Preferably knowledgeable in TNA and designing training modules
Willing to travel, work on extended hours and weekends
