MIS Manager - Genie Technologies - Makati

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall MIS operations such as, but not limited to, network administration, software and hardware management, and other MIS services.
Review and recommend to the management on the MIS strategies and MIS plan for the future business growth
Develop, implement, maintain and proactively communicate MIS policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of MIS throughout the organization.
Ensure that regular external benchmarking of the MIS service is undertaken to ensure that it reflects the best practice within the industry.
Assesses company IT requirements (e.g. system analysis, programming, data security and control, computer operations and data entry and processing) and advises management on the strategic acquisition of appropriate hardware infrastructure and software application systems.
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of RetailPro, MS Dynamics NAV, Qlikview and other MIS software infrastructure
Coordinates management meetings with software vendors to resolve operation issues and to assess the effectiveness of technical support services rendered by these vendors

Requirements:
2-5 years of related experience in systems administration and maintenance of ERP Systems in the same capacity
With strong skills in system analysis, programming, data security and database systems.
With project management experience
An understanding of retail business operations and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
