Customer Service Representative - Green Cross - Muntinlupa

Responsibilities:
The position provides active assistance to the Sales Team to ensure efficient and effective processing and completion of sales orders from receiving to collection.

Key result areas include effective coordination with appropriate parties to ensure efficient and timely delivery in compliance with the company’s standards and customer requirements; proactively coordinates and reconciles collections, penalties and other deductions with the customers; qualifies and channels customer concerns and issues to the appropriate department, ensures timely resolution of issues or concerns and updates the customer on any developments.

Requirements:
University degree, any business course
One (1) to two (2) years work experience as Customer Service or related Supply Chain exposure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer service oriented
Adept in Microsoft office applications
