Responsibilities:
Leads the unit in gathering data and coordinating with all units in looking into organizational procedures' and policies' strengths and weaknesses.
Initiates the change process of weak policies and procedures by submitting a formal recommendation to the CEO with a clear course of action indicating time table of discussions / consultations with affected unit, and implementation of modified process / policy.
Manualizes or puts these changes into a manual form, and initiates the dissemination of these documents as Systems memoranda.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Industrial or Management), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
